We are currently seeking one lunch cook/ multipurpose person to join our team at our Middlebury location. We envision this person spending time in all areas of the back of the house including prep, lunch line cooking, and possibly baking. This is an hourly, full or part time position. It requires good line cooking skills, problem solving abilities, and passion & respect for food.

Great candidates will have experience in some or all of the following areas:

-Knife skills - vegetable prep, herbs, etc.

-Food prep

-Cleaning and organization skills

-Time management

-Fast paced line cooking

-Knowledge and interest in food

Job duties include:

- Line cooking

What You'll Do

• Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages

• Provide warm, attentive customer service to every guest

• Accurately take orders and process transactions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café

• Assist with food running, pastry sales, and light front-of-house duties

• Work collaboratively with our kitchen and front-of-house teams

• Help create a positive, upbeat atmosphere for guests and coworkers alike
