We are currently seeking one Pastry Chef/ Baker to join our team
This position is an hourly full time or part time position and requires great pastry skills, problem solving abilities, and passion & respect for food.
Great candidates will have experience in some or all of the following areas:
-Brioche and laminated doughs
-Bread baking
-General pastry knowledge
-Cake decorating
-Food prep and basic knife skills
-Cleaning and organization skills
-Time management
-Fast paced working
Job duties include:
- Pastry prep and baking
-Recipe development
- Prep work and bread baking
- Cleaning and organization of restaurant spaces
- Teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Baking for catering, special events, and holidays
This position is a full-time or can be a flexible part time position requiring morning and afternoon availability.
This is an experienced based hourly position. Candidates will start at $17 per hour plus tips depending on experience.
Daily staff meals are provided free of charge. Pay raises are awarded based on merit and job performance.
Additional benefits packages are awarded based on longevity. These may include yearly bonuses, staff outings and more.
We are currently seeking one part time Dishwasher/ Prep Cook to join our team.
Great candidates will have experience in some or all of the following areas:
-Dishwashing - machine
-Dishwashing - hand sink
-Knife skills - vegetable prep, herbs, etc.
-Cleaning skills - floors, kitchen areas, storage areas
No experience? No problem. Most of all, we're interested in talking to people who possess a friendly, outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, a commitment to professionalism and excellent attention to detail.
Job duties include:
- Washing dishes
- Deep cleaning kitchen components.
- Maintenance of the trash, recycling, and compost areas.
- Organization of restaurant spaces.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Food prep work.
- Teamwork and knowledge sharing.
This position is a part-time position requiring morning availability Monday-Wednesday.
Candidates who meet basic experience requirements can expect to start at $16/hr + tips.
Candidates with no experience can expect an opportunity to learn on the job. This is an excellent entry level job.
